Mission:
Hope Harbor CDC supports equitable community revitalization along the western corridor of Edmondson Avenue/Route 40 West by sponsoring inclusive homeownership, rental housing, and other housing-centered neighborhood improvement projects.
Vision:
We envision a thriving community that equitably meets the housing, commercial, and service needs for the well-being of all its residents. Our strategy includes short, medium, and long-term endeavors, and places an emphasis on improvements for existing residents.
